摘　　要：针对我国网络灰色文献建设现状,分析网络灰色文献在开发和利用方面存在的问题,提出建立网络灰色文献管理体系、积极开辟收集途径、实现标准化和规范化建设、加强网络灰色文献版权保护、开发数据库管理系统、促进合作共建、推动开放存取以及开展深层次开发与服务等对策。According to the current status of network grey literature construction in our country,this article analyzed the problems existing in development and utilization of network grey literature,and then put forward some valuable countermeasures which were establishing the management system of network grey literature,opening up the collection ways,realizing the construction of standardization,strengthening the copyright protection of network grey literature,developing the database management system,improving cooperative construction,promoting open access and carrying out deep development and service.
