摘　　要：AFLP是检测DNA多态性的一种分子标记技术。综述了该技术原理、方法、特点及其在花生遗传多样性、抗性相关分子标记、根瘤菌、指纹图谱等方面应用的研究进展。Amplified fragment length polymorphism（AFLP） is one of molecular marker techniques to detect DNA polymorphism.In this paper,the basic principle,characters and technical process of AFLP molecular marker were reviewed.Its applications in genetic diversity,resistance related marker,peanut rhizobia,fingerprinting and its prospect in peanut were also summarized.
