摘  要:目的观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者的血氧化低密度脂蛋白(OxLDL)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)的含量,评价其与冠脉病变之间的关系。方法 63例ACS患者,其中急性心肌梗死(AM I)组30例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组33例,另选31例非冠心病(CHD)者作为对照组。按狭窄所累及的血管支数分为单支血管狭窄、多支血管病变,均于入院时测定血中OxLDL、FFA水平,进行统计分析。结果 ACS患者OxLDL、FFA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),但AM I组及UAP组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);OxLDL、FFA水平在多支病变组显著高于单支病变组(P<0.05)和对照组(P<0.01),单支病变组高于对照组(P<0.05);影响是否发生ACS的有意义独立危险因素是血浆OxLDL含量、FFA及冠脉血管病变支数(P<0.05)。结论 OxLDL、FFA含量与ACS发病相关,可能是判断冠状动脉病变范围的一个指标。Objective To observe the changes of plasma levels of OxLDL,FFA in patients with acute coronary syndrome and investigate its clinical value,and to investigate the relationship between their concentration variances and coronary angiography disease.Methods The total of 63 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) diagnosed by selected coronary angioplasty were enrolled in this study,including 30 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),33 cases of unstable angina(UAP) and 31 persons without CHD were selected as the control.According to the scope of coronary artery disease,the CHD group was divided into single vessel disease group(33 cases),multi-vessel disease group(20 cases) and control group(31cases).All cases were respectively measured serum OxLDL and FFA levels on admission,then analyzed.Results Plasma levels of OxLDL and FFA in ACS group were obviously higher than those in control group(P0.05).There were no significant differences of these markers between AMI group and UAP group.Conclusion Plasma levels of OxLDL,FFA are associated with the happen of ACS.Those markers may be helpful to the risks ratification and prognosis of ACS.
