摘　　要：目的建立电位滴定法测定葛根素氯化钠注射液中氯化钠的含量。方法采用银电极为指示电极,双盐桥饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,以0.1mol/L硝酸银为滴定剂,用电位滴定仪测定葛根素氯化钠注射液中氯化钠的含量。结果该方法测定线性范围为4.50-108.06 mg(r=1.000),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.3%。结论该法快速准确,无干扰,可用于葛根素氯化钠注射液的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of sodium chloride in puerarin and sodium chloride injection by potentiometric titration.Methods There was a silver electrode was used as indicator electrode,a double salt bridge SCE was used as reference electrode,and 0.1 mol/L silver nitrate was used as titrate.The contents of sodium chloride in puerarin and sodium chloride injection were determined by potentiometric titration.Results The calibration curve was linearity in the range of 4.50-108.06 mg and with correlation coefficient of 1.000,the average recovery was 99.0%,the relative standard deviation（RSD） was 0.3%.Conclusion This method is quick,accurate and noninterference,and it can be adopted for quality control of puerarin and sodium chloride injection.
