无神经症状的椎体骨折后路复位固定行椎板减压与未行椎板减压的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价无神经症状的椎体骨折后路复位固定行椎板减压的疗效。方法:通过随访三年前脊椎骨折,无神经症者后路切开复位固定病员52例的恢复情况,其中30例行后路椎板减压,22例未行椎板减压。结果:无神经症状的椎体骨折行后路手术行椎板减压相对愈后效果好及并发症少。结论:无神经症状的椎体骨折后路复位固定行椎板减压的疗效好,尚需更多的病例做综合分析。Objective To evaluate the healing effect of resetting posteriorly the non-neural symptom vertebral in a vertebral plate decompression way.Method By studying the recovery of 52 patients received the treatment of incising and resetting posteriorly the non-neural symptom vertebal fractures 3 years ago.Of the 52 patients,30 were treated in a vertebral plate decompression way,while 22 not.Results To the patients suffering non-neural symptom vertebral fractures,if they were treated in a vertebral plate decompression way,the recovery was better and the complications were fewer.Conclusion The treatment effect of resetting posteriorly the nonneural symptom vertebral fractures in a vertebral plate decompression way is good.Comprehensive analysis on more patients is needed.
