^(99)锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨99锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐(99 Tc-MDP)联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法:56例活动性类风湿关节炎(RA)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予99 Tc-MDP联合来氟米特治疗,对照组予甲氨蝶呤联合来氟米特治疗,比较两组患者压痛关节数、肿胀关节数、晨僵时间、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子等指标的变化及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者各项疗效指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05)9,9 Tc-MDP联合来氟米特治疗组各项疗效指标改善优于对照组,两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:99锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐联合来氟米特治疗活动性类风湿关节炎有效且安全。Objective To investigate the therapy effect of 99technetium methylenediphosphonate（99 Tc-MDP） combined with leftunomide in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.Method Total 56 patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） were randomized into the treatment group（treated with 99 Tc-MDP and leftunomide） and the control group（treated with methotrexate and leftunomide）.Tender joint count,swollen joint count,morning stiffness,erythrocyte sedimentation（ESR）,C-reactive protein（CRP） were observed.Results All of the indexes had improved significantly in the two groups after treatment（P0.05）.The improvements in all indexes were more obvious in the group treated by 99 Tc-MDP and leftunomide.None of severe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Combination therapy of 99 Tc-MDP and leftunomide is effective and safe in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
