摘　　要：目的:研究心理测量对临床心理护理的指导作用。方法:运用量表测量患者手术前1周及手术前1 d的心理状况并给予评分。结果:结果表明手术前1 d患者在强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、阳性项目数等方面评分均较手术前1周高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:科学运用心理测量能准确了解患者的心理状态,并由此作出针对性的心理疏导,可以减轻患者的心理负担,为手术成功进行提供了保障。Objective To research the guidance role of psychological measurement on clinical psychological nursing.Method The scale was used to measure the psychological status of patients 1 week and 1 day before surgery and gave a score of psychological conditions.Results The results showed that the scores of obsessive-compulsion symptoms,depression,anxiety,terror,positive project number at 1 day before surgery were higher than that of 1 week before surgery,and the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Using the psychological measurement can accurately understand the patients′ mental state,thus make aimly psychological counseling,and can relieve patients′ psychological burden,provide guarantees for successful operation.
