摘　　要：目的:防止乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死,观察皮瓣血运情况,防止出血皮瓣血液循环障碍。方法:术后保持引流通畅,维持有效地负压引流,防止皮下积液、积血,促进皮瓣与皮下组织贴合紧密,防止挤压皮瓣,保持良好的皮瓣血液循环。结果:使皮瓣保持良好的血液供应,大大降低了皮瓣坏死的发生率。结论:通过观察皮瓣的血运情况,对出现的血液循环障碍做到早预防、早发现、早治疗,防止发生皮瓣坏死。Objective To prevent flap necrosis after breast cancer operation,observe the circulation situation of skin flap,and prevent circulatory disorder in bleeding flap.Method The drain was ensure to be smooth,maintaining the effective negative pressure drainage,preventing of subcutaneous fluid and blood accumulation,enhancing the skin flap stick to subcutaneous tissue tightly.The skin flap kept a good circulation situation only with no pressurization on it.Results By observing the circulation of skin flap carefully,the dysaemia of flap could be prevented,diagnosed and treated as soon as possible,which could prevent skin flap necrosis.Conclusion If the skin flap has enough blood supply,the incidence rate of skin flap necrosis will be decreased.
