摘 要:循环水温度是保证电厂凝汽器良好的真空度和降低机组能耗的一个重要指标,循环水温度降低1℃,凝汽器真空增加400~500Pa,发电煤耗下降1.0~1.5g/(kW.h)。冷却塔作为火电厂循环冷却系统的重要设备,其冷却效果是影响循环水温度的关键。基于提高火电厂冷却塔冷却效率的考虑,以300MW火电厂自然对流双曲线湿式冷却塔为原型,设计并建立循环冷却系统模拟试验装置,并对模型塔空气动力特性计算,以达到在一定程度上模拟300MW火电厂冷却塔内部流动和评价冷却效果的目的。The circulating water temperature is an important index for ensuring good vacuum of condenser and reducing the energy consumption of unit.If the circulating water temperature decreased by 1℃,the vacuum of the condenser would increase by 400~500Pa,and the unit coal consumption would decrease by 1.0~1.5g/(kW·h).As an important equipment of circulating cooling system in thermal power plant,the cooling effect of cooling tower is the key factor influencing on circulating water temperature.Based on the consideration of enhancing the cooling effect of cooling tower,taking the hyperbolic wet cooling tower with natural convection in 300MW thermal power plant as prototype,a simulating test device for circulating cooling system was designed and built.The calculation of aerodynamic characteristics for the model tower was carried out to realize the purpose of simulating the internal flow of the cooling tower and evaluating the cooling effect in 300MW thermal power plant to some extent.
