摘 要:通过设置Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn和B等中微量元素不同的浓度梯度(缺乏、低量和过量),调查养分胁迫对桉树幼苗矿质营养吸收的影响。试验结果表明:(1)各元素养分胁迫对桉树幼苗叶片营养元素含量的影响不同;(2)CK(未浇灌营养液)处理桉树营养元素总量最低,浇灌营养液各处理比CK(未浇灌营养液)处理提高36.03~43.55倍;Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn和B元素的0(缺乏)、1/2(低量)、1(完全营养液)处理桉树叶片营养元素总量差异不显著,随浓度提高到4(过量)处理时,Mg、Zn和B元素其值显著降低,Ca元素则显著提高;Cu元素各处理桉树叶片营养元素总量差异不显著;(3)桉树叶片N、P和K等大量元素与Ca呈极显著正相关,而与Zn呈显著负相关,不同种类微量元素间大多无显著的相关性,与P、K、Ca、Mg等大中量元素间大多也无显著性相关。Based on sand culture test of inducing different concentration gradient of Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,B in Eucalyptus seedlings,the effects of nutrient stress on mineral nutrient absorption were investigated.The results showed that:(1) By nutrient stress of different elements,the nutrition concentration in the leaves of Eucalyptus seedlings was different;(2) Total nutrition concentration in the leaves of Eucalyptus seedlings by CK(clear water) was the lowest,whereas that of other treatments has been increased by 36.03 to 43.55 times as compared with CK treatment.Total nutrition concentrations in the leaves of Eucalyptus seedlings had not significant difference among three levels of 0(deficiency),1/2(low),1(complete nutrition solution) of Ca,Mg,Zn and B;that of 4(toxicity) treatments of Mg,Zn and B was significantly lower than that of CK treatment;that of 4(toxicity) treatments of Ca improved evidently.Total nutrition concentration in the leaves of Eucalyptus seedlings had not significant difference among four levels of 0(deficiency),1/2(low),1(complete nutrition solution) and 4(toxicity) of Cu.(3) There was significantly positive relativity between N,P,K and Ca content,whereas significantly negative relativity between N,P,K and Mg content.There was no significant relativity among most of trace elements and medium elements.
