摘 要:对近年来国内外吸水树脂的结构、吸水过程和制备方法等进行了综述,分析了目前常用制备方法的优缺点。着重介绍了吸水树脂在油田开发,如提高采收率、钻井堵漏、酸化压裂、固井、钻井废水处理等方面的应用。分析了吸水树脂在油田开发应用中存在的问题,总结了目前采取的解决方法及存在的不足。为使吸水树脂更好地应用于油田开发,提出了应加强对吸水树脂延时膨胀性、耐热性和延长有效期进行研究的建议。This paper reviewed structures, water absorption process and preparation methods of water absorbent polymers domestically and abroad. Both advantages and disadvantages of these preparation methods were analyzed. The applications of the water absorbent polymers in oilfields were emphasized, such as enhanced oil recovery, lost circulation, acid fracturing, cementing, drilling wastewater treatment and so on. The problems of the water absorbent polymers used in oil development and the shortcomings of the current solutions for these problems were discussed. For better application of the water absorbent polymers in oil development, it is proposed that the study of the water absorbent polymers should be focused on delayed expansion, thermal stability improvement and extended durability of the polymers.
