泽泻高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱法评价泽泻的质量。方法以泽泻醇A24-乙酸酯峰为参照峰,用HPLC法建立指纹图谱,数据用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)分析处理。结果 10批药材的HPLC指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均在0.9以上。结论产地不同的中药材的质量有差异,所含成分的种类与量不完全一致;HPLC指纹图谱法可为泽泻药材的质量控制提供参考。Objective To carry out the quality evaluation on Alisma orientalis（Sam.） Juzep.by the HPLC fingerprint spectrum.Methods With A24-alisol as reference peak,the HPLC method was adopted to establish the fingerprint spectrum.The experimental data were analyzed by the software of SOP of Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM（Version 2004A）.Results The similarities between the HPLC fingerprint spectrum in 10 batches of Alisma orientalis（Sam.） Juzep.and the control fingerprint spectrum all were more than 0.9.Conclusion The quality of Chinese medicinal materials is different owing to their different producing areas,their constituent＇s types and content are also different.The HPLC fingerprint spectrum can provide reference for controlling the quality of Alisma orientalis（Sam.） Juzep.
