菩提树一种新真菌病害初报

摘　　要：该文报道了菩提树的一种新真菌病害。对植株叶绿素含量以及光合放氧能力测定的结果表明,感病植株的叶绿素含量和光合放氧能力分别是健康植株的64.9%和61.0%,同化能力的降低导致植株早衰、死亡。对采集标本的形态特征以及ITS序列比对,鉴定该病原菌为柱状田头菇Agrocybe cylindracea(DC.)Maire的一个双孢菌株。A new disease in Ficus religiosa L.caused by fungal infection was reported.The result of the determination of the chlorophyll content and the capacity of photosynthetic oxygen of the plant,showed the chlorophyll content and the capacity of photosynthetic oxygen of the infected plant were 64.9% and 61% of those in the healthy plant,the weakened assimilation capacity leads to premature senility and death of the plant.By the morphological feature and ITS region analysis this fungus was identified as a bispore strain of Agrocybe cylindracea（DC.） Maire.
