摘　　要：基于西门子840D数控系统的功能特点,将其成功应用于MIKRON G300磨齿机控制系统的升级改造。详细阐述了改造方案中控制系统的硬件结构、磨齿机轴的改造配置及关键软件技术,并设计出专用的人机界面,具有很好的使用效果。Because of the special function of SINUMERIK 840D CNC,it was successfully applied to transform the large grinding machine.The hardware configuration of CNC system,the axes device of grinding machine and the key software technology were proposed in detail,and also the special human-machine interface was designed in this paper.
