摘 要:针对传统数控系统依赖附加硬件和落后通信方式,存在信息处理和信息交换瓶颈,不能满足数控加工向高速高精度发展的需求这一突出问题,提出基于实时以太网NCNet的新一代网络化数控系统体系结构,并对基于该结构的新型高性能多轴数控系统进行了深入研究,重点突破了多核SMP/ASMP、超高频插补、无卡多轴联动控制、同频同步信息交换、高精度多轴同步运动等关键问题。在此基础上开发了实际系统,并在国产数控机床上进行了应用。应用结果表明,所提出的新体系结构具有显著技术经济优势,据此开发的实际系统运行可靠,具有良好的应用前景。In order to solve the problems of traditional NC systems that rely on additional hardware and backward communication fashion,the demand of the development of NC machining towards high-speed and high-accuracy can not be met,the new generation of network NC system architecture is put forward,and a deep research to the new high-performance multi-axis NC system based on the real-time Ethernet is made.The important work includes SMP/ASMP based on multi-kernel CPU,super high frequency interpolation,multi-axis control without control card,synchronous information exchange with the same frequency,high accuracy multi-axis synchronous motion etc.The real system has been developed based on the above work,and the system has been used on the NC machine tools made in our country.The application result shows that the proposed new architecture has marked technique and economic superiority,the real system runs reliably and has good application prospects.
