摘  要:建立了不平衡双盘转子-油膜轴承系统模型来分析某型燃气轮机转子-轴承系统的整体动力学特性,根据实际燃气轮发电机组的运行参数和结构特征,选取合理的参数,采用数值方法分析了在平稳升速过程中系统涡动的扩展过程,表明涡动的发展可分为三个阶段:(1)稳定的惯性同步涡动阶段;(2)油膜涡动的积累阶段,即振动能量由惯性涡动向半速油膜涡动迁移;(3)油膜振荡锁频阶段。分析了不平衡量对系统幅频特性和涡动扩展过程的影响,揭示了油膜振荡的跳跃特性。分析结果在多个实验研究文献中得到证实,表明所建立的模型可以用来分析燃气轮机转子系统的整体动力学特性。An unbalanced dual-disks rotor-bearing model was built to study the dynamic behaviors of the rotor of a real gas turbine generator.Parameters were carefully set based on the running conditions and structure characteristics of the generator.A systematic numerical analysis was done and the results clearly show that the whirl development of the rotor can be divided into three stages as speed rises:(1) stable synchronous inertia whirl stage;(2) self-excited oil whirl and accumulation stage,at which the vibration energy transfers from inertia whirl to oil whirl;(3) instable oil whip stage.The characteristics of each stage were discussed comprehensively.Special effort was done to study the influence of unbalance on the whirl progress,amplitude spectrum and stability of the system.The results were verified by several experimental studies.It shows that the model in the paper can be used to analyze the integrated dynamic behaviors of gas turbine rotor.
