摘 要:综合考虑轮齿啮合变形、轴弯曲变形及轴承支撑刚度,建立准双曲面齿轮传动系统动力接触有限元分析模型,利用LS-DYNA仿真计算轴承的动态支反力;将轴承支反力作为箱体的动态激励,建立准双曲面齿轮箱动力分析模型,利用ANSYS进行动态响应分析,并与试验结果比较。以加速度响应均方根值最小为优化目标,箱体结构参数为设计变量,静态应力、位移及箱体体积为约束条件,建立准双曲面齿轮箱动态响应优化模型,用零阶方法求解,得到箱体最优设计参数。Considering the mesh deformation of gears,bending deformation of shafts and stiffness of bearings,the dynamic model of hypoid gear transmission was established with contact finite element method,and the support reactions of bearings were computed with LS-DYNA.Using the support reactions as input excitation,the dynamic model was solved with ANSYS.Then the result of transient response analysis and that by experiment were compared.Taking the root mean square of vibration acceleration as objective function,structure parameters of gearbox as design variables,the static stress,displacement and volume of housing as constraint conditions,and the sub-problem approximation method as solving method,the optimum design sets of housing were achieved.
