摘  要:采用复极性三维三相电极对工厂生产过程中产生的印染废水进行了降解试验,研究了外加电压、主电极极间距、电流密度、初始pH值、曝气量等因素对废水处理效果的影响.分析了电解过程中瞬时电流效率的变化规律,确定了复极性三维三相电极处理废水的最佳工艺条件:外加电压25 V,电流密度22.72 mA/cm2,主电极极间距为5 cm,初始pH值4.5,曝气量6 L/min,电解时间50 min.废水经处理后,脱色率与COD去除率分别达98%、79%以上,废水的BOD/COD从0.23提高至0.35.电解20 min、30 min时的瞬时电流效率分别为0.94和0.79,表明复极性三维三相电极在电催化氧化过程的30 min内保持很高的电能利用率.Dyeing wastewater generated from the production procedure in the industry was degraded by bipolar three-phase three-dimentional electrode was carried out.The influences of applied voltage,electrodes space,electric current density,initial pH and aeration intensity on the wastewater treatment effect were investigated.The variation rule of instantaneous current efficiency during degradation was analyzed.The optimum process conditions of wastewater treatment by bipolar three-phase three-dimentional electrode was determined as follows: 25 V of applied voltage,electric current density 22.72 mA/cm2,electrodes space 5 cm,initial pH value 4.5,aeration intensity 6 L/min,electrolysis time 50 min.The decoloration rate and COD removal rate of treated wastewater were over 98% and 79%,respectively.The BOD/COD was enhanced from 0.23 to 0.35.The instant current efficiencies were 0.94 and 0.79,when dyeing wastewater was electrolyzed for 20 min and 30 min,respectively,which indicated that the three-phase three-dimensional electrode system had a high efficiency of electric energy during 30 min of electrocatalytic oxidization process.
