棉织物拒水拒油阻燃复合整理的研究

摘　　要：将不同结构的阻燃整理剂与自制含氟防水剂WR-1对棉织物进行同浴整理,研究同浴整理对拒水拒油、阻燃效果、游离甲醛释放量及织物物理机械性能的影响.结果表明:以N-羟甲基二甲氧基磷酸酯酰胺为有效成分的阻燃剂PEKOFLAM DPN具有优良的阻燃效果.与含氟防水剂WR-1同浴整理时对拒水拒油效果的影响较小,对织物物理机械性能有些影响,游离甲醛释放量减小,但阻燃性略有下降,阻燃耐久性也略有下降.Flame-retardant agents with different structures and self-made fluorinated water-repellent agent WR-1 were applied on cotton fabrics in one bath.The effect of one-bath finish on water-oil repellence,flame-retardant performance,free formaldehyde emission and mechanical properties of cotton fabrics were discussed.The results showed that flame-retardant agent PEKOFLAM DPN which mainly contained hydroxymethyl-dimethoxy-phosphate amide had excellent flame-retardant property.In one-bath finishing,it had some effect on water-and oil-repellence of WR-1 and mechanical properties of cotton fabrics.The free formaldehyde emission was decreased,and the flame retardance was slightly decreased,while the durability of flame retardance slightly decreased.
