摘 要:针对油田单井计量的困局,设计并实现了一种单井原油流量测量仪器。气液分离预处理环节解决气液分离和油液满管通过计量油管,由两对超声波传感器构成的检测环节解决非接触测量,而由超声波接收换能器和DSP构成的信号处理环节解决快速在线计量,在软件上运用基于超声波传感器的相关算法解决测量精度。现场测试表明,该流量计的计量误差很小。其特点在于从硬件结构和软件设计两个方面较好地解决了原油非接触在线计量。In terms of the embarrassed situation of single-well oil flowmeter, a new type of a single-well oil flowmeter device was designed and realized. Gas-liquid separation pretreatment solved the problems of gas-liquid separation and oil-filled tube through the measuring pipe, two pairs of the detection part constituted by ultrasonic sensors solved non-contact measurement. While, the ultrasonic receiver transducer and DSP signal processing part solved fast online measurement, the software application based on ultrasonic sensor correlation algorithm solved measurement precision. The field tests show that the flowmeter measurement error is small. The non-contact online measurement of crude oil can be solved from the two aspects of hardware structure and software design.
