摘　　要：本文从美国《金融改革法案》中关于信用评级行业的改革措施出发,通过比较中美两国信用评级业现状的主要差异,同时结合我国信用评级业面临的困境,提出推动国内评级业规范发展的改革举措。The article elaborates on the reform measures concerning credit rating industry proposed in American Financial Regulatory Reform Act,compares the main discrepancy in credit rating industry of China and the US.It also analyzes the difficulties confronting China＇s credit rating industry and proposes reform measures to promote the standardized development of China＇s credit rating industry.
