摘　　要：介绍了管道SCADA系统在河间输油站蒸汽锅炉区的控制应用,着重说明PLC的双机热备配置、上下位以ModbusEthernet为媒介通讯及单回路PID锅炉汽包水位调节,实现了蒸汽锅炉的自动化控制,为输油泵站安全平稳的输油生产提供热动力,同时保证了生活区的供暖。在此系统中,上位监控软件采用Wonderware Intouch组态软件,现场控制单元采用Quantum系列的PLC。This paper introduced the improved application of SCADA system to steam boiler in Hejian oil station,with emphasized on the configuration of dual PLC hot-standby,the communication between monitor software and PLC via Modbus Ethernet and the regulation of boiler water level by single loop PID,which realized the automatic control for Hejian steam boiler. This system provided power for the safe and smooth oil transportation of the oil station, meanwhile ensured the heating of residential area. In this control system,the Intouch software,was used as the rnonitering software, Quantum PLC as the site control unit.
