摘  要:目的 探讨紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO) 治疗白塞综合征(BS) 的作用机制。方法 动态观察22 例BS患者UBIO 治疗前后血流变学、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、丙二醛( MDA) 、过氧化氢酶(CAT) 、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF) 、白细胞亚微结构的变化,以药物治疗的11 例BS 患者为对照组作疗效比较。结果 UBIO 后BS 患者血中SOD、GSHpx、CAT 含量较治疗前明显升高,LPO、MDA、TNF及血粘度显著降低,白细胞微绒毛显著增多变粗长,其总有效率(95 .9% ) 明显优于药物组(63.5 % )。结论 UBIO 治疗BS的机制可能与减轻BS患者自由基反应所引起的损害及改善微循环,调节机体免疫功能,提高白细胞杀菌、消炎、吞噬作用有关。Objective The purpose of this paper was to study the mechanism and effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO) for Behcet's syndrome(BS).Methods 22 cases with BS were treated with UBIO, while the hemorrheology,SOD,GSHpx,LPO,MDA,CAT, tumor necrosis factor and membrane microstructure of WBC in Behcet' patients were studied before and after UBIO.Another 11 cases with BS as control group were treated with medications.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of UBIO was 95.5% higher than the control group(63.5%),the level of SOD,GSHpx and CAT was odviously raised,the LPO,MDA,tumor necrosis factor and hemorrheology were markedly decreased compared with pre-UBIO.The membrane microstructure of WBC was also changed obviously.Conclusion It is proved that UBIO may reduce the organism damage caused by free radicals,improve the microcirculation,promote the immune function and phagocytosis of WBC.
