周围神经损伤致麻痹手31例康复治疗

摘　　要：目的　探讨周围神经损伤致麻痹手的康复治疗方法及电诊断在其中的应用价值。方法　麻痹手患者３１ 例３６ 条受损伤神经损伤早期（ ≤１ 个月） 采用超短波、紫外线、氦氖激光、干扰电及运动疗法；损伤恢复期（ ≥１ 个月）采用超短波、超声、碘离子导入、运动疗法。同时行电诊断检查。结果　经综合物理康复治疗取得痊愈２３ 条（６４ ％） 、好转７ 条（１９％ ） 、无效６ 条（１７％ ）。结论　手外伤后尽早进行物理治疗及运动治疗以促进神经功能恢复，减轻组织肿胀，防止肌肉挛缩；电诊断在评定神经损伤程度、制定康复计划，判断疗效，评估预后具有重要意义。Objective To study the functional rehabilitation of the paralytic hands caused by peripheral nerve injury,and evaluate the clinical use of electrodiagnosis for the disorders.Methods 36 paralytic nerves of hands in 31 patients were divided into two groups according to the time of post-injury .Group 1,the period of paralytic nerves after injury was≤one month ;these patients were treated with ultrashort wave,ultraviolet,He-Ne laser,interferential therapy and exercise therapy etc.Group 2,the time of nerve paralysis was more than one month ,the ultrashort wave,ultrasound therapy,I-iontophoresis and exercise therapy were given to these cases.At the same time,the electrodiagnosis was performed in these paralytic nerves.Results Through the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,23/36 paralytic nerves were completely recovered(64%),7/36 paralytic nerves improved(19%) and 6 were invalid(17%).Conclusion It is demonstrated that the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is a better therapy for the paralytic hands caused by peripheral nerve injury.The electrodiagnosis is a valuable assessment for the treatment and prognosis of nerve paralysis.
