摘  要:针对现有色标检测技术误差测量失真较大和人为操作对准确度的影响等缺点,提出1种以嵌入式主板为核心控制单元的色标检测自动变增益技术.该技术先通过放大电路模块调整放大系数,放大系数调整好后,将色标传感器检测到的色标信号经放大电路模块送入嵌入式主板,嵌入式主板中DSP完成了信号采样的功能,FPGA完成自动调整基准电压的功能,实现电子轴印刷机在色标检测时基准电压随色标检测信号的变化而做出相应的调整.避免了现有的色标检测技术遗漏或增加色标信号的现象,从而可以达到准确检测色标的目的.此外,设计了电子轴印刷机的色标检测自动变增益系统,实际运行表明,该系统运行可靠,色标检测准确.An auto-changed gain technology of colour code detection by the embedded motherboard as the core control unit was proposed in view of the shortcomings that a big distortion of error detection and influence of artificial operation to the accuracy in the existing colour code detection technology.The determination of magnification factor of this technology was carried on.Firstly through the amplifying circuit module,then the magnification factor was adjusted by the amplifying circuit module,the colour code signal detected by the colour code sensor was sent to the embedded motherboard,in which the signal sampling function was completed by DSP and the automatic adjusting of reference voltage finished by FPGA.So the function that reference voltage of an electronic axis printer makes the corresponding adjustment along with the change of colour code detection signal would be realized.The 2/3 peak value of colour code detection signal is taken by the reference voltage in order to avoide the omitting or increasing of the colour code signal.In addition,an auto-changed gain colour code detection system of an electronic axis printer is designed,at the same time,it has been provided that this system operation is reliable and the colour code detection is accurate in the actual movement.
