摘 要:目的 探讨钬激光在肝脏疾患治疗中的应用。方法 采用钬激光对新西兰白兔的肝脏组织进行在体照射,观察其气化切割、止血特性和病理损伤特点,用电子计算机图像分析系统精确测量热损伤带宽度,并通过重量丢失实验检测其可控性。结果 显示钬激光具有精细的组织切割和可靠的止血特性,其热损伤带宽度为400~800 μm ,且不受能量脉冲设置、照射时间、照射方式及液体介质等照射条件的影响;组织重量丢失与激光总能量之间呈良好的线性关系,具有良好的可控性。结论钬激光在肝脏疾患的治疗方面具有良好的应用前景。Objective To explore the use value of HO:YAG laser irradiation for liver disease.Methods The experiment was carried out in 30 New Zealand rabbits;their livers were irradiated with HO:YAG laser,which was wavelength 2.1 μm,max power 15 W and 10 different energy-pulse settings.The vaporized incision,hemostatic specificity and pathologic alteration of laser to tissues were observed.The width of thermal damage and its controls were determined by computer image analysis and mass loss experiment respectively.Results The experiment showed that HO:YAG laser had a precise incision and good hemostasis for liver tissues.The width of thermal damage was 400-800 μm from the ablation sites,which was not affected by different exposure conditions,including energy-pulse settings,exposure time,irradiation distance and fluid media etc.Mass loss experiment showed that the tissue mass loss was linearly increased with delivered radiant exposure.Moreover,the control was easily handled.Conclusion The experiment indicates that the HO:YAG laser has a better curative effect and good prospects for treating the liver disease.
