自拟眩晕定方治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟眩晕定方治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将57例患者随机分为两组,其中对照组27例,给予盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗;治疗组30例,给予自拟眩晕定方治疗,两组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为70.4%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟眩晕定方治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the self vertigo set Qi and Blood Treatment of the clinical efficacy of vertigo. Methods：57 patients were randomly divided into two groups,one control group of 27 patients received treatment flunarizine hydrochloride;treatment group,30 patients received treatment from the party determined to be vertigo,two groups were 7 d as a course of treatment,Statistical treatment effect after 2 courses.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.7%,70.4% of the control group,the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of self vertigo set Qi and Blood vertigo has a good effect.
