摘　　要：目的了解阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法对529例确诊为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者详细讲解病情,提供治疗方法意向,搜集患者相关的临床资料,对患者进行有关治疗依从性的调查并分析其影响因素。结果患者治疗依从率为47.1%,不同年龄段及文化程度患者依从率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响治疗依从性的主要因素有对疾病认识不足、身体无不适不愿治疗、经济原因、不愿接受呼吸机治疗、惧怕手术治疗等。结论患者治疗依从性的影响因素较多,年龄、文化程度、对本病认识不足、经济状况、医患关系、社会等有关因素均可影响依从性。患者个体差异大,应有针对性地对患者进行健康教育和定期随访,提高患者对治疗的接受度和依从性。Objective To analyze the treatment compliance and the related factors of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAS）. Methods To explain the disease in detail and to provide the therapeutic methods to the 529 patients with OSAS, their clinical data was collected, the treatment compliance was investigated and its influence factors were analyzed. Results The rate of treatment compliance was 47.1% , there were statistical significance between different age groups and cultural levels of the patients（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The main factors that affected the treatment compliance were lack of adequate understanding of OSAS, unwillingness to accept treatment for there was no discomfort, lower financial condition, unwillingness to accept the treatment of continuous positive airway pressure（CPAP） ,the fear of operation and so on. Conclusion There were so many factors that influence the treatment compliance of patients with OSAS. Age, education level, inadequate understanding of OSAS, economic status and the doctor-patient relationship, social and other relevant factors may affect compliance. As the great individual differences, we should afford health education appropriately and follow up annually, to improve the treatment of the acceptance and treatment compliance.
