创伤性视神经病变患者焦虑的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对减轻创伤性视神经病变患者焦虑的效果。方法选取在解放军总医院眼科住院的创伤性视神经病变患者28例作为调查对象。采用SAS量表评估调查对象的焦虑状态,并由专人对患者存在的心理问题进行有针对性的护理干预,包括积极与患者进行有效沟通、心理疏导、适当进行抚触、音乐干预及饮食管理,对患者分别于入院后15 min和出院前1 h进行SAS量表测评,并比较护理干预前后的焦虑水平。结果本组患者入院时焦虑评分远远高于国内常模值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在进行护理干预后,患者焦虑程度较入院时减轻,焦虑评分较干预前水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加强护理干预能有效减轻创伤性视神经病变患者的焦虑程度,提高治疗的主动性和依从性,对提高治疗效果有一定意义。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with traumatic optic neuropathy. Methods Twenty patients with traumatic optic neuropathy in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Specific nursing interventions with psychological issues, such as communication, psychological counseling, proper conduct of the touch, musical intervention were employed. The evaluations with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） were performed in all eases 15 min after the inpatient and 1 h before the discharge. Results The anxiety score of all 28 patients was much higher than the national standards （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The degree of anxiety of patients with traumatic optic neuropathy was significantly reduced after the specific nursing intervention （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The specific nursing intervention can effectively cut down the anxiety of patients with traumatic optic neuropathy. Initiative and compliance of treatment were improved meanwhile.
