有机磷中毒致中间期肌无力综合征择机撤管的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨有机磷农药中毒致中间期肌无力综合征的患者呼吸肌群力量的恢复和判断气管插管拔管时机的有效方法。方法将126例有机磷农药中毒致中间期肌无力综合征的患者,采用随机分类的方法,分简易屈颈肌力积分法判断组(观察组)和四肢肌力恢复及肌电图判断组(对照组)。结果观察组在气管复插率、平均拔管时间及合并肺部感染方面均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论用简易屈颈肌力积分法来掌握撤管时机,方法简便、安全、可靠。Objective To explore recovery of breathing muscles strength of organic pesticide poisoning causing intermediate syndrome, and to research for judgmenting extubation time. Method The 126 patients were divided into two groups： observation group was judged by the simple neck flexor muscle strength integral and controlled group by limbs ＆ muscle strength resume and electromyography. Result Regarding to the rate of tracheare-insertion, the average time of extubation and complicated with lung infection, observation group were better than controlled group. Conclusion Mastering the time of extubation by simple neck flexor muscle strength integral is easy, safe and credible.
