摘 要:目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与缺铁性贫血的相关性。方法将75例确诊Hp阳性缺铁性贫血患者随机分为A、B、C三组,A组给予硫酸亚铁+维生素C(VC)治疗,B组给予硫酸亚铁+维生素C+抗Hp治疗,C组单用抗Hp治疗。观察三组患者治疗前及治疗1、3个月时血红蛋白含量变化及幽门螺杆菌根治效果。结果治疗后A、B组及组间血红蛋白不同时间点比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后血红蛋白量较治疗前均有提高,且治疗后相同时间点B组血红蛋白量提高较A组明显(P<0.05),C组血红蛋白治疗前后无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染是缺铁性贫血的病因之一,对Hp阳性的缺铁性贫血患者,在铁剂治疗贫血的同时,联合根治Hp较单独根治Hp纠正贫血疗效更显著。Objective To explore the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and irondeficiency anemia. Methods Seventy-five Hp+ patients were divided into group A, group B and group C. Group A was treated with iron sulfate +VC, group B with iron sulfate +VC.+anti-Hp therapy, group C treated with alone anti-Hp therapy. The curative effect of Hp therapy, Hb count of pretreatment at 1, 3 month after treatment were observed. Results There were significant differences in Hb between two groups and different time(P〈0.05). Hb in both group A and group B was higher that after treatment(P〈0.05). At the same time after treatment, Hb in group B was higher than in group A (P〈0.05). The Hb of group C was no significant differences in different times (P〉 0.05). Conclusion Hp infection is one of the causes of iron-deficiency anemia. Anti-Hp + iron sulfate + VC. treatment is an essential method of iron-deficiency anemia. But only Anti-Hp treatment is not useful.
