大鼠腰髓缩胆囊肽、亮啡肽和血管活性肠肽至外侧网状核的投射

摘　　要：用ＨＲＰ逆行追踪和免疫细胞化学ＡＢＣ法相结合研究了腰髓内缩胆囊肽、亮啡肽和血管活性肠肽能神经元至延瞩外侧网状核的投射。结果表明，腰髓内ＨＲＰ标记细胞主要为对侧性，以Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅹ层为其集中部位；缩胆羹肽免疫反应细胞及ＨＲＰ／缩胆囊肽双标细胞主要集中在Ⅷ、Ⅹ层；亮啡肽免疫反应细胞及ＨＲＰ／亮啡肽双标细胞主要集中在Ⅷ、 Ⅹ层；血管活性肠肽免疫反应细胞及 ＨＲＰ／血管活性肠肽双标细胞主要集中在 Ⅹ层。其中，ＨＲＰ／缩胆囊肽双标细胞约占ＨＲＰ标记细胞的１４．２％，ＨＲＰ／亮啡肽双标细胞约占９．１％，ＨＲＰ／血管活性肠肽双标细胞约占州。这些双标细胞在中央管区的集中分布提示外侧网状校参与内脏感觉的整合。Projection of lumbar spinal neurons containing cholecystokinin (CCK), leucine-enkephlin (L-ENK) or vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) to lateral reticular nucleus were studied by combining the retrograde transport of the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) with the immunocytochemical avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex. The results were as follows: The HRP labeled neurons in the lumbar spinal cord were mainly contralateral and located richly in laminae Ⅶ, Ⅷ,Ⅹ. neurons containing CCK or HRP/CCK located richly in the laminae Ⅶ, Ⅹ； neurons containing LENK or HRP/L-ENK located richly in laminae Ⅷ, Ⅹ；neurons containing VIP or HRP/VIP located mainly in lamina X. The percentage of HRP/CCK double-labeled neurons, HRP/L-ENK double-labeled neurons and HRP/VIP double-labeled neurons in the total number were 14. 2%, 9. 1%, and 4% respectively. These double-labeled neurons were found mostly in the central canal region of the spinal cord gray matter. It suggests that the lateral reticular nucleus may involve in viscerosensory integration.
