摘　　要：目的:总结儿童急性蜂窝组织炎的临床观察及护理要点。方法:对我科2005年3月～2009年10月收治的95例蜂窝组织炎患儿进行临床治疗和观察,根据儿童的特点,采取针对性的护理措施。结果:95例中有92例均好转或治愈出院,有3例出现感染性休克,经抢救无效死亡。结论:实施有针对性的护理措施对治疗儿童蜂窝组织炎的预后起着重要的作用,同时提高了护理质量。Objective：To discuss the nursing points and observation on acute cellulites of children.Methods：95 children patients with cellulites from March 2005 to October 2009 were observed.According to the features of children,targeted nursing measures were taken.Results：92 children were cured or got better after active treatment,and 3 cases died of infectious shock.Conclusion：The implementation of targeted nursing measures plays an important role in treating the prognosis of children cellulites,and improves the nursing quality in the meantime.
