摘　　要：不断加强党在农村的执政基础建设是时代的一个主题,是全党的一项重要任务,尤其是广大农村党员干部一项义不容辞的责任。本文主要运用矛盾分析法,分别从国际新环境、国内新形势、党自身情况的新变化角度出发,分析巩固党在农村的执政基础所面临的一系列机遇和挑战。Continue to strengthen the ruling party in rural infrastructure is a subject of age is an important task for the whole party,especially in the rural party members and cadres of a bounden duty.In this paper,the use of conflict analysis,respectively,from the new international environment and domestic new situation,new changes in the situation of the party＇s own point of view of consolidating the party＇s power base in rural areas face a range of opportunities and challenges.
