摘　　要：合理回报可对民办学校产权产生重要影响,但是现行法律规范对其规定却存在诸多缺陷,故其在实际运行中困难重重。为保障出资人合理回报权能够得以实现并确保民办学校产权有效扩充,合理回报制度应予重构。Accordance with the Act for Promoting Non-governmental Education,the investors have right to obtain reasonable return.But the provision is difficult to realize because people have various cognition for its character and the Act has many limitations.In order to safeguard the investors＇ rights and continuously promote healthy development of non-government education,the reasonable return system ought to be reconstructed.
