穴位注射治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察穴位注射治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的疗效。方法　将 ４０ 例慢性肾炎患者随机分为两组，穴位注射组（穴注组）２０ 例，常规药物组（对照组）２０ 例，观察两组尿蛋白及肾功能治疗前后的变化。结果　两组尿蛋白定性比较有显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５），两组尿蛋白定量比较无显著差异（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；治疗前后尿素氮比较，穴注组有显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０１），对照组无显着差异（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５），两组治疗前后血肌酐均无显着差异（ Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。Objective To observe the clinical effects of chronic glomerulonephritis treated by acupoint injection. Method 40 cases with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups: acupoint injection group ( n =20) and routine medicine group ( n =20), control group. The changes of urinary protein and renal function before and after treatment in the two groups were investigated. Result Between the two groups, qualitative comparison of urinary protein showed a significant difference ( P <0.05); while quantitative comparison of urinary protein showed no significant differnece ( P >0.05); comparison of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) between pre and post treatment showed a significant difference in acupoint injection group ( P <0.01) while no sinificant diffence in control group ( P >0.05); serum creatinine (SCr) changed little between pre and post treatment in the both groups ( P >0.05.Conclusion The curative effect of chronic glomerulonephritis was better in acupoint injection group than in routine medicine group.
