摘　　要：彝族聚居区地理环境复杂,在其基础上发展起来的彝族医药内容丰富,形式多样。总结地理环境对彝族医药形成的作用:彝族医药基础理论受到地理位置临近的汉文化的深刻影响;彝族医药与所处地区的气候条件、生态环境,尤其所分布的动植物种类密切相关;彝族医药擅治生活环境的多发疾病或者采用一些适应当地环境的治疗方法;由于地理的隔绝.彝医多用单方或者简方。The Yi nationality medicine building on the complex geographical environment is rich in content and varied in style. To demonstrate the connection between Yi nationality medicine and geographical conditions： The Yi nationality medicine theory has been influenced by the culture of Han nationality in the immediate vicinity; The Yi nationality medicine is closely related to the meteorological conditions and the ecological environment; The patient responds well to treatment for common disease and the treatment adapted to the local environment is attended with good results; To treat with medicine of simple recipe for the isolation of geographical environment.
