中西医结合治疗慢性肺心病心衰疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察破格救心汤治疗慢性肺心病难治性心衰的疗效。方法:将本院2004年5月～2010年6月急诊收治肺心病心衰患者120例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上加用破格救心汤,对照组单纯行常规内科治疗。观察两组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论:破格救心汤治疗肺心病心衰,疗效确切,值得在临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the curative effect of the thearpy combined Chinese and Western medicine for the heart failure in pulmonary heart disease.Methods：120 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups,in which treatment of the Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine was used in the therapeatic group and Western medicine only in control group.To observe the curative effectivenes.Results：The total effective rate in the therapeutic group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion：The therapy of Chinese combined with Western medicine for heart failure in pulmonary heart disease is more effctive and worth popularizing and applying.
