摘 要:目的了解低体重儿暖箱内间歇蓝光治疗期间影响体温的主要因素。方法将65例低体重儿暖箱内间歇蓝光治疗24 h内的体温与暖箱温度作Excel趋势图,并行不同时间区间与体温的相关系数分析。结果体温与箱温在两轴折线图上表现为方向相反、轨迹交叉的两条曲线。光照期体温升高与时间呈正相关,r=0.997,P<0.05;间歇期则反之,r=-0.98,P<0.05。结论暖箱内间歇蓝光治疗的低体重儿,24 h体温变化具有光照期随着时间延长而升高、间歇期随着时间延长而下降的特点;影响低体重儿体温的主要因素是蓝光照射的辐射热。Objective To study the main influencing factors of body temperature for low weight infants with jaundice in treatment of interval blue phototherapy in incubator.MethodMake Excel trend graph on body temperature for low weight infants with jaundice in treatment of interval blue phototherapy in incubator and incubator temperature.Take correlation coefficient analysis on different time period and temperature.ResultTwo-axis line chart graph of body temperature and incubator temperature shows two lines with different direction and crossed track.Body temperature rise in light period has positive correlation to time,r=0.997,P0.05.Interim period has negative correlation,r=-0.98,P0.05.Conclusion Body temperature for low weight infants in treatment of interval blue phototherapy in incubator has the character of rising by the light period lasts and reducing by the interim period lasts.The main influencing factor is the radiant heat of blue light.
