摘　　要：压力蒸汽灭菌是目前热力灭菌中最普遍、效果最理想的一种灭菌方法,其优点是蒸汽穿透力强、灭菌效果可靠、能杀灭所有微生物。通过仔细观察故障现象,结合透彻理解压力蒸汽灭菌原理,巧妙利用监测结果,可以更快速准确分析问题解决故障。Pressure steam sterilizer, along with advantages by strong penetration of steam, reliable sterilization effect and the ability of killing all the microorganisms, is one of the most common and best tool for sterilization. We can analyze and solve mechanical failures more quickly and accurately through careful observation of the fault symptom and understanding of steam sterilizer principles and facile usage of the monitoring results.
