氯吡格雷联合通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察氯吡格雷联合通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法将60例符合不稳定型心绞痛诊断标准的患者,随机分为治疗组(30例)及对照组(30例),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服氯吡格雷联合通心络胶囊。对照组使用常规治疗的基础上口服氯吡格雷联合肌苷。治疗3个月后观察其临床疗效和心电图疗效以及血液流变学和血脂的变化情况,对用药前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、程度,硝酸甘油消耗量,进行变化比较。结果治疗组患者的临床疗效明显改善与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),心电图疗效治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量均较治疗前改善明显,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较改善明显,两组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较两组血液流变学指标和血脂指标有明显改善,两者比较差异性显著(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组与对照组血液流变学指标和血脂指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合通心络胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效显著,并且能显著改善血液流变学和血脂指标,安全性高。Aim To observe the clinical effect of clopidogrel combined with tongxinluo capsule curing unstable angina.Methods Sixty patients were divided according with unstable angina diagnosis into treatment group and control group randomly,30 patients for each group.Treatment group took clopidogrel combined tongxinluo capsule and routine treatment.Control group took routine treatment and oral clopidogrel combined creatinine.After 3 months,clinical effect,ECG efficacy,and change of hemorheology and blood lipid were observed.Attack frequency,duration,degree of angina and nitroglycerin consumption were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that before treatment,and there was obvious difference between the two groups（P0.05）.ECG efficacy of treatment group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.After treatment,attack times,duration,degree of angina and nitroglycerin consumption was much better than before,and there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Treatment group obviously reduced much more than control group after treatment,and also there was significant difference between them.After treatment,hemorheology and blood lipid of both groups improved better than before,there was obvious difference between the two groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference about hemorheology and blood lipid between treatment and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of clopidogrel combined tongxinluo capsule curing unstable angina has notable curative effect,and can significantly improve indexes of hemorheology and blood lipid.The medicine＇s therapeutic safety is high.
