摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及抑郁情绪的影响。方法将68例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为常规组和干预组,常规组仅实施常规的护理,干预组给予综合护理干预,12个月后评价患者的肺功能及抑郁状态。结果干预组与常规组比较,患者肺功能指标改善,HAMD评分亦显著低于常规组。结论综合护理干预能改善抑郁的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能及抑郁情绪。Aim To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression.Methods 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and depression were randomly divided into conventional group and intervention group,conventional group given only routine care,intervention group given comprehensive nursing intervention.Pulmonary function and depression were evaluated in patients after 12 months.Results Compared with the conventional group,pulmonary function was improved significantly,and HAMD scores were significantly lower than that in the conventional group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve pulmonary function and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
