合肥地区冬季商品住宅采暖方式经济性的探讨

摘　　要：针对合肥地区不同于北方采暖地区的气候特点,对此地区现存的采暖方式进行了各方面的分析比较。对于不同建筑面积和使用面积的住宅用户,在燃气价格不变的情况下的适合的采暖方式进行了研究,同时对燃气价格变化的情况下,各类不同建筑面积的住宅用户适宜的采暖方式进行了探讨,最后得出结论:笼统的比较各种采暖方式的经济性是不全面的,其与住宅使用面积占建筑面积的百分比和燃气价格都是有很大关系,而且给出各种住宅用户比较合理的采暖方式的建议,有一定的参考价值。To the climate characteristics in Hefei area which is different from the north area,the existing heating modes of commercial housing are analyzed and compared in this paper.The suitable heating methods are analyzed when the price of gas changes and the construction area and the use area of the residential customers don,t change.Then the suitable heating methods are analyzed when the gas prices keep unchange and the construction area and the use area of the residential customers change.Finally it is concluded that the comparison of general economics of the various heating methods are not comprehensive,and there are great relationship with the percentage between the use area and the total floor area of residential customers and the gas prices.Given all kinds of reasonable heating methods,there is some reference value.
