摘　　要：本文阐述了目前地铁售票机中的2种刮票方式,上刮式和下刮式,并比较了它们的优缺点。针对上刮式存在的问题,设计一种新型的,采用弹性加压原理的上刮票方卡发送模块的票桶压力控制系统。从设计思想,设计的关键技术方法出发,介绍了传感器的分布、传感器的选型、票桶升降控制系统的硬、软件设计方案。控制部分,采用LPC2214为CPU的上刮票封闭式方卡发送模块,通过直流电机精确控制票桶升降,解决了在地铁自动售票机中票桶压力的不平稳性,模块工作不稳定,可靠性小等问题。This paper described two kinds of scratching tickets in the current AFC,upper and lower scraping,comparing their adventages and weaknesses.View of the problems of upper scratching designed a new tickets barrel pressure control system.,and using the sping principle of the upper module to send scratch tickets.From the design of thought and key technology,introduced the selection and distribution of sensors,and a design of the hardware,software control system..In control used the LPC2214 of CPU for the card to sent module of the upper scraping ticke,and solved the problems of unstable,reliability pressure module in AFC,through the DC motor control tickets barrels precisely.
