营养支持疗法对维持性血液透析患者的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨营养支持疗法对维持性血液透析患者的作用。方法:对260例血液透析(HD)患者采取控制饮水量、补充蛋白质和维生素、注射促红细胞生成素(EPO)、充分透析、适当运动等营养支持疗法,综合营养支持治疗6个月,每个月对患者的营养状况进行评估指导。结果:本组患者治疗后皮肤脱屑较前明显好转,皮肤及毛发较前有光泽,精神和体力较前明显好转,干体重、白蛋白均增加,治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养支持疗法可提高HD患者的日常生活能力,有助于其心理功能和社会功能的恢复,进而提高其健康生命质量,降低病死率。Objective ： To investigate the effect of nutritional support therapy on the patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods ： The nutritional support therapy was applied to 260 patients with hemodialysis （ HD ） , including control of water intake, supplement of protein and vitamins, injection of erythropoietin （ EPO ）,adequate dialysis, appropriate exercise, etc. The comprehensive nutritional support therapy lasted 6 months. The nutritional status of the patients was evaluated each month and then the guidance was given to the patients. Results： After treatment the previous symptom of skin scaling obviously relieved; skin and hair was more shiny than before, mental state and physical strength was significantly better than before; dry weight and albumin increased and the comparison was significantly different before and after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Nutritional support therapy can improve the ability of daily life of HD patients and is conducive to their recovery of psychological and social function, thus improve their quality of life and reduce case fatality rate.
