摘 要:为增加NiB粒子的多样性并拓宽其现有的应用范围,采用浸渍化学还原方法制备NiB/SiO2/CTAB(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)粉体催化剂。通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外分光光度计等仪器对制备的NiB/SiO2/CTAB粉体的组成、物相和组织形貌进行表征的结果为:在纳米SiO2载体表面成功沉积了NiB粒子;制备的NiB/SiO2/CTAB粉体为纳米级,表现为不规则形态的团聚体;红外分析证明了制备的粉体中CTAB的存在。In order to increase the variety of NiB particle and extend its existing application range,the NiB/SiO2/CTAB(hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium bromide) powder catalyst was prepared by using immersion chemical reduction method.The composition,phase and organic morphology of prepared NiB/SiO2/CTAB powder were characterized by using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectro-photometer,etc.The results show that the NiB particle is successfully deposited on the surface of nano SiO2 support,the prepared NiB/SiO2/CTAB powder is nano-level and present as irregular aggregate.CTAB existing in prepared powder was confirmed by using infrared analysis.
