摘  要:采用喷射细化法和滴加法,制备了3种粒度的黑索今(RDX)粉末。采用激光粒度仪、比表面积分析仪和扫描电子显微镜对样品进行了表征,对其火焰感度、慢烤热感度及热分解特性进行了测试,其中用50%的发火高度表示其火焰感度,用爆发点的温度表示其慢烤热感度。结果表明,随着RDX粒度的减小,RDX的火焰感度和慢烤热感度均逐步升高。从理论上分析了RDX的粒度对其热感度和火焰感度的影响。Three kinds of RDX samples with different particle sizes were prepared by spray fining method and dropping method.The samples were characterized by using laser granularity apparatus,specific surface area analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The flame sensitivity,slow cook-off thermal sensitivity and thermal decomposition characteristics of RDX samples were tested.The flame sensitivity was characterized with 50% flame height,and the slow cook-off thermal sensitivity was characterized with flash point temperature.The results show that both the flame sensitivity and slow cook-off thermal sensitivity of RDX gradually increase with reduction of RDX particle size.The influence of RDX particle size on its thermal sensitivity and flame sensitivity is theoretically analyzed.
