血液净化治疗危重患者68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血液净化治疗危重患者的疗效。方法选择在本院实施间歇性血液净化(IHDF)和连续性血液净化(CBP)治疗的68例患者作为研究对象,对于血流动力学不稳定的患者采用CBP方式,对于血流动力学稳定患者或经治疗后稳定的患者采用IHDF方式。结果治疗后血流动力学指标与治疗前比较明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后血浆生化肌酐、氧分压与吸入气体氧含量的比值、血钾、pH值的变化与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血液净化技术已成为多器官功能支持的重要手段和危重症患者救治的主要技术。Objective To observe the curative effect of blood purification treatment on 68 critically ill patients. Methods 68 patients were selected as the research object who received intermittent blood purification （IHDF） or continuity blood purification （CBP） treatment. Hemodynamic instability of patients using CBP way,hemodynamic stability patients or after therapy,stable patients using IHDF way. Results After the treatment,hemodynamic parameters improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;Compared with before the treatment,plasma biochemical creatinine,oxygen partial pressure and breathe air in the ratio of oxygen content,potassium,pH value improved obvlously,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Blood purification technology has became more important means of multiple organ function support and the main technical treatment of critical patients.
