摘　　要：利用气缸工作顺序调整发动机各缸气门间隙，是根据四冲程发动机圆化工作图四基法校对气门间隙的原理研究出来的一种新方法，即“双排不进”法，这种方法具有简单明了、便于记忆、不用绘图、校对气门间隙快等特点，利用气缸工作顺序可直接调整各缸的气门间隙，为２次调完任何四冲程发动机的气门间隙提供了科学可靠的理论基础和校对方法．Adjusting air valve clearance of every cylinder of engine by using clinder working order is a new method,according to the theory that air valve clearance is adjusted by fourbasis method and fourcycle engine formed circular figure,that is double exhaust valve without intake method.This method has some characteristics such as being simple to remember,adjusting fast air valve clearance and so on.Air valve clearance is adjusted straightforword by cylinder working order,which can provide the scientific theory and adjusting method for the second adjusting air valve clearance of fourcycle engine.
