应用平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形

摘　　要：目的观察平阳霉素治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形的临床效果。方法回顾1995年1月～2010年1月应用平阳霉素注射治疗的232例口腔颌面部静脉畸形患者资料。注射治疗后即刻观察患者生命体征及有无其他症状;胸片检查了解肺部情况;通过临床观察和B超检查评价治疗效果。随访时间最短3个月,最长2年。结果 232例患者中,228例患者外形基本对称,病变区血流消失;4例患者外形略不对称,病变区血流消失;1例患者出现晕厥反应,未发现过敏反应、肺栓塞或其他并发症。结论应用平阳霉素栓塞硬化治疗口腔颌面颈部静脉畸形疗效可靠,并发症在可接受范围。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pingyangmycin for the treatment of venous malformation （VM）in oral and maxillofacial and neck region. Methods Reviewed 232 cases with VM from January 1995 to January 2010. All patients were subjected to the injection of pingyangmycin. Observed the vital signs and sympoms after injection. X-ray examination was used for the evaluation of pulmonary situation,Therapeutic effects were .evaluated by clinical examination and uhrasonography with Doppler. The follow-up time was from 3 months to 2 years. Results Among the 232 patients, 228 cases showed normal appearance. Blood stream of the lesions disappeared. 4 cases showed slight asymmetry of appearance and blood stream of the lesions disappeared. 1 patients got syncope. There were no allergic reaction,pulmonary embolism or other complications after treatment. Conclusion Embolism and sclerotherapy of VM in oral and maxillofacial and neck region by using pingyangrnycin is effective and the complications is acceptable.
